New Mobs
All Mobs in World would be of different ranks and levels so practically any mob can be trained on
Every mob will spawn with random name (this could become big part on missions)
gm/player/donator names could be put into list for possible first names
different clan names as the last name
mobs should have a color coded mark on them depending on their level difference compared to user
149-0 1-9 10-19 20-29 30-39 40-49 50+
mark = level
clothes = rank
name color = village
Creator
Each mob that spawns goes through creation process
-each spawn tile category has its own range of ranks it can spawn
-each rank has its own range of levels mob can be spawn with
-each level has its own range of stats mob can be spawn with
Spawn Categories
[Village] Low - Trainees, Chuunins and Genins here (if missing D ranks and bandits)
[Village] Medium - Captains and Regulars here (if missing B ranks and C rank shinobis)
[Village] High - Kages and Commanders are in here (if missing S rank and A rank shinobis)

Genin: 5-15 lvl
Chuunin: 15-30 lvl
Tokubetsu Jounin: 30-50 lvl
ANBU/Hunter Trainee: 30-50 lvl
Jounin/ANBU/Hunter: 50-70 lvl
Jounin Leader: 70-80 lvl
ANBU/Hunter Captain: 70-80 lvl
Jounin/ANBU/Hunter Commander: 80-90 lvl
Kage Tier: 90-100 lvl
