Description: A protean, whole-body technique whereby the user liquefies their entire body at will, making it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair, to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Applying this technique, the user can also modify their body parts for suitable situations.
My Idea: The user loses water when they are hit instead of health with an increased dodge rate.
Cost: Nothing
Cooldown: None
Lasts: Untill death, Or deactivated
Effect: Dodge Rate increased by 20. Physical And Metal attacks do 0 Damage to user. Raiton deals 2x Damage to user. Suiton Adds 25% to user Water supply. Katon takes 15% to user water supply.
Trigger: Player activates the technique
Side Effect:If Water supply is reduced to 40% or lower, Dehydration is activated
Gimmick: With Hydrification Technique on the user can walk through Closed Door tiles.

Name: Water Release: Demon Fish
Romanji: Suiton Oni Sakana
Description: After using his Hydrification Technique to merge with a water source, Suigetsu can form a giant wave that looks like a demon-like fish. Suigetsu can use this form to battle larger opponents, or he can use it to shield allies from attack. Though it was strong enough to push back an Eight-Tailed Killer B, it was not strong enough to withstand a Tailed Beast Ball, though Suigetsu was rendered unconscious, in a jelly-like state.
My Idea: The user creates a 3x3 semi-dense wall around the user (Only raiton goes through), And the user can walk while this is up
Cost: 200 Chakra a second
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Lasts: Untill deactivated, OR water level drops 40% or lower
Effect: 3x3 Circle around user (Like Ice shield) But user can still walk while it is up, at 30% normal walking speed. Raiton jutsus used on wall Go straight through, Suiton jutsus add 15% to users Water level. Katon takes 5% from users Water level.
Trigger: User Activates
Special Special: If you walk with the wall against a player or npc, The NPC or player is pushed back, against the wall.
Side Effect: user cannot use jutsus while this is up Walking speed reduced to 30% while up.

Description: A bottle of Water
My Idea: Users of the Hydrification Jutsu Need to drink water before or after using certain jutus, Otherwise they have their movement speed slown due to dehydration
Cost: $350 Ryo
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Trigger: User Drinks a Bottle of water from their inventory by rightclick+use or Relevent macro/command
Effect: Returns user under the effect of Dehydration to normal and Adds 30 to water level.

Name: Water Release: Great Water Arm
Romanji: Suiton: Gosuiwan no Jutsu
Description: By putting the Hydrification Technique into practical use, the muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the entire arm, like an instant pump-up. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high. The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of breaking through both rock walls and steel doors.
My Idea: Gives the user a 20 crit boost, Knockback and the ability to break through sheilds, trails and walls (Ice fusion uses wall as a shield)
Cost: 150 chakra per second
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Lasts: 15 Seconds auto deactivate, Unless turned off manually
Effect: User can break through Shields, And Solid shield walls (Ice fusion etc) with Slash or Attack verb
Trigger: User activates technique (Cannot activate if Water level is 30% or lower)
Special: If user throws a shuriken, Kunai, Trikunai, Windmill shuriken, Or Sword While using this Technique, Those items break through shield trails and shield wall
Side Effect: User loses 10% water level after the technique finishes.

Description: In physiology and medicine, dehydration (hypohydration) is defined as the excessive loss of body water, with an accompanying disruption of metabolic processes. It is literally the removal of water from an object; however, in physiological terms, it entails a deficiency of fluid within an organism. Dehydration of skin and mucous membranes can be called medical dryness.
My Idea: Users of the Hydrification Technique Suffer if they lose too much water.
Effect: User movement speed reduced to 20% Normal speed, Dodge rate Drop to 0, Crit rate drop to 0, Physical attacks auto Crit against user, Raiton deals 4x Damage to user, Suiton restores their water level to 50% and removes effect. Everything else deals 2x Damage to user
Lasts: Untill death, Hit by suiton, or Bottle of water is consumed
Trigger: Water level Drop to 20% or lower.
Side effect: While Dehydrated, User loses 500 Health per second, User cannot turn on Hydrification while Dehydrated

Description: In physiology, body water is the water content of the human body. A significant fraction of the human body is water.
Me Idea: Hydrification Users turn their body to water, And use the water in their body to use certain moves, This is basically their internal currency for using jutsus.
Effect: User has 100% water level as normal (When they leave deadbox) And this is the optimum for a Hydrification technique
Side Effect: If water level drops 40% or lower, User cannot use Hydrification techs. If water drops 20% or lower, User is Dehydrated.
Notes: If water level is increased to 120% or higher, Use becomes Bloated, Which is basically All Dehydration Effects, But due to Excess water, Instead of too little water. (Dehydrated effect activates if Water level is 20% or lower, Or 120% or higher under the name Bloated.) While Bloated, user has Dehydration effects but can still use Suiton jutsus to lose some water, Suiton element jutsus take 10% water level and deal 2x their normal damage when this happens.
Modifiers: Physical Attacks take 1% water level (Punching, Slashing, Metal, Item, Projectile items) Raiton doesnt affect water level. Katon, Lava, Scortch, Steam (Fire Based Element) Take 5% of water level when they hit the user. Suiton Adds 5% Water level when they hit the user.
