Increases  Screen size slightly
Reduces Damage by 20%

Increases movement speed (not as fast as 2 tiles)

Sasuke gets increased Dodge 15, increased Element Damage 15% and Movement increase
Jirobo gets increased Crit 15, Increased Element damage 15%, Reduced damage 20%
Tayuya gets Reduced damage 20% , Increases Element damage 15%, Movement speed increase
Kidomaru Gets Increased Crit 15, Dodge 15, Movement speed increase
Sakon gets Screen size increase , Movement speed increase, Reduced damage 20%.

Kassokuken: Ichishiki

Make a cone shaped blast like Bakuton in front of the user but this shouldn't require someone to be in front of you to use it. Damage should change depending how close you are to the blast. Right in front of the user does 2x the users tai, 2 tiles away from the user and within blast range should do 1.5x users tai and
3 tiles away from the user whilst within blast range should do 1x users tai. Add knockback too

Explodes out needles like Bakuton. 1, 3 tiles infront (cone shape) On contact freezes target and user for 2 seconds. User steals 3k Chakra and Health x0.75 of the user's nin.

Kusari:

User stretches out their arm 7 tiles in front and grabs and pulls back the first thing they hit, should deal no damage and the person grabbed should not be able to use anything whilst they're being pulled back

The person being pulled back should be left 2 or 3 tiles in front of the user instead of right in front of them, this is to prevent the user from spam attacking and getting a few free easy hits on the enemy as soon as they leave the grab

Jet Booster Jump
Romanji: ?

Jūgo, while in his transformed state, creates many jet-like appendages on his back to create very

powerful blasts. He then jumps, giving him power to rapidly maneuver through the air, as well as

tremendously enhance his speed on the ground.

A activateable 3 tile dash.
Cooldown 4 Seconds.
Chakra Cost is 200 if it doesnt hit an enemy.
Chakra Cost is increased by 800 if it hits an enemy (does normal Tai damage)
If Mace Fist is acttive. Deals 1.5x Tai and Chakra is increased by a further 400 Adds Break bone
If Spear Fist is active deals 1.5x Tai and Chakra cost is increased by a further 400 Adds bleed
If Piston Fist is active, Deals 2x Tai damage, And chakra cost is increased by a further 600 Adds Knockback
If Axe Fist is active. Deals 2.5x Tai damage and Chakra cost increased by a further 1000 and hits in AOE
(200 to use, 1000 if it hits enemy, 1600 if it hits enemy and piston fist is active. etc)

Fighting style for clan. Appears when Transformed. Increases punch damage to 1.5x tai and gives 5
tile knock back knockback and completely break a shield (not damage through the shield it should only bring the enemys shield down)

Fighting style for Clan. Appears when Transformed. Increases punch damage by 1.2x and has a chance to bleed and be able to damage people through shields, slower attack speed than basic attack

Fighting Style for Clan. Appears when Transformed. Make users attack do 0.8x their tai, increase attack range to 3 tiles in front, add chance to bleed

Mace Fist

Fighting style for Clan. Appears when Transformed. Increase attack by 1.8x the users tai and add chance to cripple or break bones if thats ever added, very slow attack speed

Juugo clan

Senninka - Sage mode transformation which should give a bunch of buffs
Increases Crit by 20
Increases Dodge by 20
Reduces Damage by 20%

Saibo Kyuin - Extends a needle from users body which stretches up to 4 tiles in front. User gains 3k chakra and heal for 0.75x their nin. Requires senninka to be active
to use

Nin is added there to prevent juugo people going complete tai since most of their other stuff is based on tai. This should force them to balance between the two a bit.

Saibo Haishutsu - Make it similar to medic heal but give the person you're healing a fixed amount of health at 200 a second and 100 chakra a second

Juugo clan should be able to transform their arms in to different weapons and each one should have its own effect
Axe - Increase attack by 1.2x the users tai, have a chance to bleed and be able to damage people through shields, slower attack speed than basic attack

Piston Fist - Increase attack by 1.5x users tai, knockback and completely break a shield (not damage through the shield it should only bring the enemys shield down)

Claw - Make users attack do 0.5x their tai, increase attack speed and add a chance to bleed

Spear - Make users attack do 0.8x their tai, increase attack range to 3 tiles in front, add chance to bleed

Mace - Increase attack by 1.8x the users tai and add chance to cripple or break bones if thats ever added, very slow attack speed

Jet Booster Jump - Activating the jet boosters will drain 50 chakra a second, double tapping to move will let you dash 5 tiles in front similar to raiton yoroi and the jump
should cost 200 chakra. Bumping in to someone with the jump should damage them a bit and knock them back.
