Shadow Imitation Technique:
Kagemane No Jutsu

Shadow usage: When activated, works like normal Shadow does now, This is the first skill to use for all Nara techs.

When Target or targets get caught in the shadow, It keeps going untill the limit is reached. When the limit of the shadow is reached two things happen.
1: Something is caught in the jutsu, Shadow stays untill Nara decides on next action.
2: Nothing is caught in the jutsu, Shadows dissapear and user can move freely.
Chakra Cost and speed stay the same as it is now.

Shadow Imitation Shuriken Technique
Kagemane Shuriken No Jutsu

By infusing the blades with his own chakra beforehand, they are given the effect of his shadow techniques. By using these weapons to pierce the enemies' shadows, they are paralysed in place. To pierce the shadow, it is necessary to avoid the target just barely

Throw a weapon, And activate this. Works like current Katon Shuriken (Aoe around)
When enemy is hit, or grazed by this. Target and user are Frozen for 5 seconds, User can use throw as only verb. Target can use attack to try to escape.
Escape chance is limited to 15% Easiest, 65% hardest.
Chakra cost is 250

Shadow Sewing Technique
Kage Nui No Jutsu

When using Kagemane you can use this technique to launch Tendrils from the head of the trail 3 tiles out in all directions (Up, down, left, right and diag) When this hits, it deals damage and captures the target in kagemane for the user. if it misses kagename ends.
Damage: 1.4x Nin
Chakra Cost: 700
Cooldown: 30 Seconds

Shadow Neck Binding Technique
Kage Kubishibari No Jutsu

When a target is caught in Kagemane, User can start Shadow Neck bind.
Shadow length determines power of this tech, and chakra cost.
1-8 Tiles: 2x nin damage, 200 Chakra a second, 5% reduce hold power
9-15 tiles: 1.5x nin damage, 400 chakra a second, 15% reduced hold power
16-22 tiles: 1x nin damage, 600 chakra a second, 25% reduced hold power
23-30 tiles: 0.5x nin damage, 800 chakra a second, 35% reduced hold power.

How Nara works:

Hold power: The enemy has a chance to break out of a shadow bind using their raw strength. Depending on how much stronger you are against a Nara, depends on how much hold the nara has over you.
15% Hold power (85% chance to break out) Target Tai is over 5k more then Nara Nin
25% Hold power (75% Chance to break out) Target Tai is 3-5k More then Nara Nin
35% Hold power (65% Chance to break out) Target Tai is 1-3k More then Nara Nin
45% Hold power (55% Chance to break out) Target Tai is Equal to Nara Nin (1k either way)
55% Hold power (45% Chance to break out) Target Tai is 1-3k Less then Nara Nin
65% Hold power (35% Chance to break out) Target Tai is 3-4k less then Nara Nin
75% Hold power (25% Chance to break out) Target Tai is 4-5k less then Nara Nin
85% Hold power (15% Chance to break out) Target Tai is 5k + less then Nara Nin

Breakout: If you are Frozen under Kagemane, With a 1 second cooldown you can use the attack verb to try and break out of the hold.

Movement: When someone has been caught in kage mane, they will move with the nara user. Moving while having someone held in kagemane will reduce hold power by 10%. Shadows will pass through bunshins to find the real target.

Throw: Nara can throw weapons while someone is caught in Kagemane. If the target has the same ninja tool (shuriken, bomb, kunai, etc) Then they will also throw that item.

Passive: Chakra Efficiency. Nara has a 20% reduced cost on all elemental jutsus, Bunshins, Substitution and Fusion techs. Does not apply to clan techs.
