Only Hunter Nins have Bingo Book, in this bingo book is name and bounty of everyone ingame with bounty of above 25k ryo, once you kill person his name is crossed out from your bingo book and you gain the reward he had, every 25000 ryo person bounty is updated and can be regained

Bounty comes from persons level, rank and kills
Level = each level gives 1000 bounty
Rank = each rank gives 2000 bounty (Genin, Chuunin, Jounin, Hunter, ANBU, Kage, Missing, Leader)
Reputation = each rank gives 5000 bounty (C rank, B rank, A rank, S rank)
Kills = each kill gives 100 bounty

So level 80 ANBU, A rank Ninja with 272 kills would have
Level: 80,000 ryo
Rank: 10,000 ryo
Rep: 15,000 ryo
Kills: 27,200 ryo
His total bounty would be 132,200 ryo
Experience he gives is (bounty*10) 1,322,000 exp
