loyalty bonus i kinda like kinda dislike xD it will become too strong very easily, person who has been on every day for month could buy everything pretty much
if chidori senbon and housenka were fireable at will, wouldnt that make them normal single projectile jutsu? though i agree they gotta be made so its harder to hit yourself
dislike the village running idea, we already have factions and not many people seem to use that, besides base/village map for each of them would be quite troublesome
