counter for yamanaka and nara and other controlling jutsus:

shared 15 sec cd:
force chakra verb = used to break jutsus that affects control (like Shintenshin, kagemane, uchiha mind control, etc)
kai verb = used to break genjutsus that affects visuals (genjutsu slow, genjutsu handseal disruption, etc)

if target has more nin/gen than user 40% break out chance
if target has less nin/gen than user 20% break out chance

if target has more nin/gen than user 40% break out chance
if target has less nin/gen than user 20% break out chance

So if I have 20k Genjutsu and someone has 100 genjutsu, there's a 20% chance for them to break out on the first try? I don't like the idea of that.

Also, if this was to be a thing, there should definitely be a chakra drain on anyone trying to break out of something such as 1x User's Genjutsu stat. Or maybe 0.5x user Genjutsu Stat.
