New Clan & Proffesion
A little information , this is my first Post and first time suggesting something for NNA

Proffesion : " Blood "

Passive : Can make Blood Bullets cost of 100 health per bullet can stack to 1,000 in invetory.

Ability 1 : Blood Pistol
Requirements : 3000 Max Health
Chakra cost : 100 Health
Does : Fires 1 Blood Bullet
Damage : 10% Max Health + (Tai+Nin+Gen)
Cooldown : Can fire 5 bullets per second

Ability 2 : Bullet Storm
Requirements : 6000 Max Health 
Chakra cost : 400 Health
Does : Fires 9 bullets (1 in all directions)
Damage : 10% Max Health + (Tai+Nin+Gen)
Cooldown : 3 seconds

Ability 3 : Blood Wall
Requirements : 9000 Max Health
Chakra cost : 800 Health
Does : Creates a Blood Wall infront of you.
Damage : Can absorb 2x your Max Health of Damage before disappearing.

Requirements : 12000 Max Health
Chakra cost : 1200 Health
Does : Slows all Mobs on Screen for 4 seconds

Does : Damages your "Target" (if you can see your target they take damage when you use this)

Passive : 2% of max hp regen a second , max chakra set to 1 can never increase , pay Health for chakra cost. all Chakra but 1 is added to Health. * (Clafication if you increase max chakra it adds to Max Health | Jutsus Cost 1.5x their regular chakra cost)

Fighting style : " (Blood Dance/temp name) " 10% of max Health added to tai/nin/gen based on what option you choose when you enter "Blood Dance".

Requirements : 4000 Max Health
Chakra cost : 58 Health/Chakra
Does : Hits Enemy directly in front of you.
Damage : Highest Stat out of Tai/Nin/Gen or (if that requires too much code) Whatever you choose for fighting style.
Cooldown : 2/7 a second (3 hits per second)

Requirements : 5500 Max Health
Chakra cost : 108 Health/Chakra
Does : Hits Enemies 1sq/AOE around you.
Damage : Highest Stat out of Tai/Nin/Gen or (if that requires too much code) Whatever you choose for fighting style.
Cooldown : 4 seconds

Requirements : 7000 Max Health
Chakra cost : 208 Health/Chakra
Does : Shoots out a 1tile projectile that pierces enemies.
Damage : Highest Stat out of Tai/Nin/Gen or (if that requires too much code) Whatever you choose for fighting style.
Cooldown : 1/2 second

Ability 4 : Constitution
Requirements : 10000 Max Health
Chakra cost : 2% + 10% of Accumitive Tai/Nin/Gen = Health Drain a second.
Does : You move slow , Max Health gets a 30% buff and you take 25% reduced damage.
Damage : None.
Cooldown : 30 seconds

Ability 5 : Blood Rage
Requirements : 15000 Max Health , Increases by 50 per stack. total Drain at max stacks is 1,000 Health/s
Does : Increases Attack Speed by 5% can stack 19 times for total of 95% increase. Get 45% of Damage done back as Health.
Can be used like Gates (Hachimon) to reach max stacks fast.
Damage : None.
Cooldown : 45 seconds

Some Other Thoughts On Random Things

<-> Players Regenerate 0.005 x Max Health a second so 18460 (My current Max Health) x 0.005 = 92.3 (200 seconds for Max Health)
If you do that might want to take out Rest that way it puts more incentive for people to play 
Supportive healers
<-> Players Regenerate 0.005 x Max Chakra a second (200 seconds for Max Chakra)
<-> Turn Boss Rooms into Multiple rooms like Sage Roco 1|2|3 appon entering you choose one room and fight that boss
<-> Successful Kills grant 2% xp up to 80% (Stacks with Weights , Scrolls , Double Xp)
<-> For Village Points you can buy Scrolls that temp buff Tai/Nin/Gen
