New Mobs
All Mobs in World would be of different ranks and levels so practically any mob can be trained on

Every mob will spawn with random name (this could become big part on missions)
gm/player/donator names could be put into list for possible first names
different clan names as the last name

mobs should have a color coded mark on them depending on their level difference compared to user
149-0 1-9 10-19 20-29 30-39 40-49 50+

Creator
Each mob that spawns goes through creation process
-each spawn tile category has its own range of ranks it can spawn
-each rank has its own range of levels mob can be spawn with
-each level has its own range of stats mob can be spawn with

Spawn Categories
[Village] Low - Trainees, Chuunins and Genins here (if missing D ranks and bandits)
[Village] Medium - Captains and Regulars here (if missing B ranks and C rank shinobis)
[Village] High - Kages and Commanders are in here (if missing S rank and A rank shinobis)

Rank Categories
Genin: 5-15 lvl
Chuunin: 15-30 lvl
Tokubetsu Jounin: 30-50 lvl
ANBU/Hunter Trainee: 30-50 lvl
Jounin/ANBU/Hunter: 50-70 lvl
Jounin Leader: 70-80 lvl
ANBU/Hunter Captain: 70-80 lvl
Jounin/ANBU/Hunter Commander: 80-90 lvl
Kage Tier: 90-100 lvl

Bandit: 5-20 lvl
Bandit Leader: 20-30 lvl
D rank Missing: 30-40 lvl
C rank Missing: 40-50 lvl
B rank Missing: 50-60 lvl
A rank Missing: 60-70 lvl
S rank Missing: 70-90 lvl

Level Categories
Experience: src.expgive = src.expnext/10 =  //everyone has expnext var even mobs, and since mobs will have levels we can use this
Health: src.Health = (src.level*50)+(src.level*50)*src.level
Taijutsu: src.Tai = rand(150,200)*src.level
Ninjutsu: src.Nin = rand(150,200)*src.level
Genjutsu: src.Gen = rand(150,200)*src.level[/color]

Extension to Mob Idea

There would be 10 Bosses but unlike bosses now they wouldnt be main part in training, sure they can be, but they will be more of a challenge
each boss is 100 level and there would be boss spawn in each boss area (boss that spawns would be random each time)
it would announce what boss appears where e.q. Kabuto has appeared in Leaf Forest, in 30 minutes he despawns
make button to ignore these announcements

so each on of these would have
505000 hp
1569480 exp give
15000 tai/nin/gen

but all of these you need to fight and beat them twice within 30 minutes or they will respawn with full hp and 1st stage
2nd form will boost their stats to 20k

Forms:

Madara - high dodge rate
Susanoo Madara - Susanoo has 30k hp has to break it before you can hit madara, every minute his susanoo returns

Kisame - every hit he gets heals him by 50k
Tailless beast - being close to him takes 1000 chakra (like walking suiton suikoudan)

Kabuto - heals 500 every second
Dragon Sage Mode - takes 30% less damage

Kinkaku&Ginkaku - when you hit them with element they save it and next time you use same element it hurts you
Kyuubi Cloak - heals 100 every second

Danzo - spawns 15 root ninja with him (level 35 ninjas)
Izanagi awakened - every 5th hit is ignored (does nothing)

Obito - yokeru becomes invulnerable for 5 seconds
Juubi Jinchuuriki, 25% less damage

Kakuzu - 50% less damage
5 element beasts - 6 enemies each has 100k hp

Hidan - makes 1 tile circle that doesnt dissapear till he dies, whenever he steps that circle he hurts target
Immortal - you need to defeat him 5 times

Sasori - has 5 puppets attacking you
Puppet Sasori - immune to weapons

Pein - 6 paths fighting you at once each with 100k hp
Nagato - every 10 seconds single jutsu will not work
