Crimes, Bingo Book and Bounty - Galaxy - 07-08-2015
Status value:
Crimes and Bounty:
Crimes against X Village - Your value of crimes for a village, killing village shinobi, players, etc increases this value.
Bounty - Your bounty increases by the current crime you do * your number of crimes.

Crimes you can do:
Kill Village Shinobi - 1
Kill Village Player Jounin and over - 2
Kill Village Player Chunin and below - 5
Kill Village Player Kage - 15
Completing Mission against village - 2
(Killing players in arena should not count towards these
values)

Bounty added for Crime:
Kill Village Shinobi - 100 Ryo*Crimes in that Village
Kill Village Player Jounin and over - 200 Ryo*Crimes in that Village
Kill Village Player Chunin and below - 200 Ryo*Crimes in that Village
Kill Village Player Kage - 1000 Ryo*Crimes in that Village
Compleating Mission against village - 50 Ryo*Crimes in that
Village

Bingo Book

When your bounty increases over 25k. You appear in the Bingo Book of the village you last did a crime in.
After your bounty is 25k if you do a crime in a village (aside from your own village) you appear in their bingo book even if you only have done 2 crimes.

Players with a Bingo Book can look at the Bingo Book and accept a mission to kill someone when they appear. After someone completes the mission, the bounty of the person reduces to 0. and the crimes that person did is reduced.
EXAMPLE:
Roco has 300 crimes in Sand. with a bounty of 320k ryo.
Indigo accepts the mission in his Bingo Book to kill Roco
Indigo kills roco and claims the bounty
Indigo gets 320k ryo
Roco's crimes are reduced to 150 and his bounty is now 0 Ryo
Roco dissapears from the Bingo Book.

Exceptions for bounty: When a Player leaves their Village. Every time they are killed by someone in the village they left who accepts the bounty, their crimes are not reduced. and if they do a crime against their original village, the values are timed by 4
EXAMPLE:
Bjisboss leaves Mist Village
Bjisboss is added to Mist Bingo book
Bjisboss kills a Mist Village Player at jounin rank and gets 8 crimes added against mist and 1600 added to his bounty.
Galaxy accepts the mission to kill Bjisboss
Bjisboss kills Galaxy. Bjisboss gains 60 crimes (68 Total) and 68000 bounty (69600 Total)
Ricey Accepts Mission to Kill Bjisboss from Bingo Book
Ricey Kills Bjisboss
Ricey gains 69600 ryo. Bjisboss's Bounty is reduced to 0. His crimes stay at 68. He is still in Mist Bingo Book.

Black Book:
Missing Ninja in a Org have Black books.
Black books let Missing Ninja Take Bounties for a village.
CHANGES
When a Org member kills a missing nin, Instead of the Target's crimes getting reduced for that village. The Org Member's crimes are reduced instead. And the bounty claimed by the Org member is the combined bounty for all villages.
EXAMPLE:
Roco has 400 Mist crimes, 200 Leaf Crimes, 300 Sand Crimes. With 40k bounty in mist, 50k in sand, and 20k in leaf.
Bjisboss takes Black book mission to kill Roco for Leaf, Sand and Mist. Bjisboss has 500 Mist Crimes, 100 Leaf Crimes, 200 Sand Crimes
Bjisboss kills Roco.
Roco has his bounty reduced to 0 in all 3 villages.
Bjisboss claims 110k as the mission reward. And his Crimes in mist are reduced to 300, leaf by 100 and sand by 150 (What Roco's crimes would of been reduced by)
Bjisboss is now hidden from Mist Sand and Leaf bingo books for 2 hours. (He still gains crimes and bounty)
