Fuuma clan: tai/nin clan - Shinari - 07-29-2017
PASSIVE: each player kill boost damage by 10% up to max 50% (resets on death)
1. Fuuma Shuriken: Harigane - throws 2 fuuma shurikens in 3 tiles wide heki, a wire line inbetween the 2 fuuma shurikens that will bind anyone in the middle line (punch to break out)
2. Fuuma Kajoumon - 8 fuuma shurikens spirals outwards (like kamikaze, but has no knock back)
3. Kage Fuuma Shuriken - throws 2 shurikens on the same tile, 1 is controlable with a near invisible dense wire trail that binds anyone that touces it (punch to break out, the wire trail tile that gets touched disappear on bind)
4. Utsusemi - quick cone DPS infront, cone keeps expanding every sec, 200/s drain for channeling (user is frozen while channeling) targets hit will be slowed
5. Fuuma Ougi: Jibaku Mandala - 3x3 projectile that sticks to first target hit, user frozen, target frozen on hit, fast DPS, punch to break (200/s chakra drain)
6. Fuuma Henge: Kagerou (secret req) - boost nin by 1.5x, click TP, 300/s chakra drain (4 chakra wings icon that looks like fairy wings)
- Kagerou Ninpou: Utakata - heavy chakra blast (4 chakra waves with space inbetween, explodes 3x3 on impact or touching trail)
7. Chakra Ito: Seishi Densou (Hidden Req) - weapons thrown by the user that hits target triggers link between user and target, if either on of them die, they both die. can only be linked to 1 person, old link removed if a new target is hit (user of jutsu gets the kill, and users death is counted as suicide. lasts till user runs out of chakra or deactivates the jutsu, 250/s chakra)
