Chinoike Clan - Shinari - 02-16-2017

=Chinoike clan=
Clan passive - Heals 2% of their max hp when they walk on a blood stain, the blood stain disappears in the process
+ Ketsuryuugan [Blood Dragon Eye] - Awakens like sharingan, life and death
+ Genjutsus like sharingan
+ Got 2 stages like rinnegan. same reqs as rinnegan

When mastered:
+ Mind manipulation (hidden req)
+ Blood bomb - like PNB to mark a target (aoe explosion 3x3, stacks 3 times per target)
  - Detonate blood bomb - explodes your marked targets, if they survive they bleed
  - Defuse blood bomb - removes the blood bomb stacks from all your targets
+ Blood stream - the user fires a stream of blood (5 tiles wide) which leaves a trail, stepping on the trail damages and bleeds (lasts 30 sec, 1min cd, works like sand tsunami)
+ Blood dragons - summons controlable blood dragon heads like kikaichu which damages and bleeds whoever hit (higher rank gives more controlables, max 9 at S rank, starts at 3)

PS. All the clan jutsus causes bleed, but do low initial damage to balance out the bleeding
  - All the clan jutsus also takes 1% of the users current hp to use

My version of what Chinoike Clan should be:

Clan passive - Heals 0.1% of their max hp when they walk on a blood stain, the blood stain disappears in the process
+ Ketsuryuugan [Blood Dragon Eye] - Awakens like sharingan, life and death
+ Got 2 stages like rinnegan. same reqs as rinnegan

Stage 1
+ Genjutsu: Ketsuryuugan - makes target lose control of his movement, and makes him move like npc towards nearest person
+ Blood Shot - works like shigure with all blood puddles within 5 tiles of user (puddles dissapear after use)
+ Blood bomb - anyone user hits with Ketsuryuugan on gets bomb put inside them (this stacks)
 - Detonate blood bomb - when target who has bomb inside them is hit by bleeding, they explode into 5x5 AoE doing 1.3x nin dmg on them and anyone near

Stage 2
+ Blood stream - the user fires a stream of blood (5 tiles wide) which leaves puddles of blood at random spots on its way
+ Ketsuryuu - summons aura of blood hydra around user, user can shoot 5 tile long dragon head to any direction by clicking (general and diag, like sand shield)
+ Blood Drain - when someone is bleeding and this is used 3 tiles near him, the bleeding time increases by 10 hits

1. Ketsuryuugan - awakens like shar, master like rinnegan, stat boost, chakra vision (needs to be activated to use the other clan jutsus)
2. Chimatsuri - Housenka formation blood projectiles that works like mizudeppou and causes bleed on hit
3. Ketsubaku Tenshin - while activated anyone you punch will be infected with a virus, and take 5 ticks of poison damage, after the 5 poison ticks, if they are to bleed they will explode in a 5x5 aoe, doing 1.5x users nin
4. Ketsuryuu shouten - summons aura of blood hydra that moves along with the user, user can click to shoot 5 tile long dragon head in any direction, hitting a target will burn them (general and diag, like sand shield)
5. Ketsuryuu Shigure - works like shigure with all blood puddles within 5 tiles of user (puddles dissapear after use, the projectiles are like mizudeppou)
6. Kouketsuryuu - the user fires a stream of blood (5 tiles wide) that damages and leaves puddles of blood at random spots on its way

7. Genjutsu: Ketsuryuugan - 3 tiles wide invis projectile, takes control of target if hit, targets screen will be shifted to a background with ketsuryuugan staring at them while under control (need 3k gen, 250/s drain)
            - Self Harm - the controlled target hurts themselves for 1x their own tai, also causes bleed (this is hidden, req figured out with Indigo, 45 sec CD)
