Suiton:
Ja No Kuchi makes lag spike when it dissapears/hits
Mizudeppou lower damages so last level will have 1x
Suikoudan make extra area take 0.3x of main part
Teppoudama 3x3 at higher level
Mizurappa into old plan afterall

- Level1: makes 2 tile water jet. 0.6x nin, drawback 1 tile. chakra take 200 UXX
- Level2: makes 3 tile water jet. 0.8x nin, drawback 2 tile. chakra take 300 UXXX
- Level3: makes 4 tile water jet. 1x nin, drawback 2 tile. chakra take 500 UXXXX
- Level4: makes 5 tile water jet. 1.2x nin, drawback 2 tile. chakra take 700 UXXXXX
- Level5: makes 6 tile water jet. 1.4x nin, drawback 3 tile. chakra take 800 UXXXXXX

Kouha Reppuuken can hit through shields but since there are only 2 shields ingame its quite useless so make it bleed on hit instead
Increase Juha Reppuushou cooldown
Decrease Juha Reppushou lifetime
level 2 tatsu is bugged (2nd whirlwind doesnt move)

Doryuusou, make it dense when it appears, no damage when run into, just the intial raise does dmg after that just obstacle

Tenrou damage increase, did only 1k to me with 12k nin (and i got 10k nin)
Tsumabeni make it so extra area damage is 0.3x head dmg
Make Hibashiri not make middle tiles deal damage only sides
Hitora leave flaming area on hit, instead of explosion
Housenka hits user too easily
Goukakyuu make gokakyuu dissapear faster and lower the time user is frozen
Goukakyuu 3x5 in last levels
Make Endan 3x3 at higher level
Endan signicifant burn damage on direct hit (no explosion)
Endan you can click second time to make it explode. if you explode it doesnt burn
Replace Tsumabeni With Ryuuka
-Level 1 - user walks 10 tiles leaving wire behind him, on second click wire burst into flames hurting anyone on it (on second click), deals 0.5x nin, takes 1000 chakra
-Level 2 - user walks 12 tiles leaving wire behind him, on second click wire burst into flames hurting anyone on it (on second click), deals 0.75x nin, takes 1500 chakra
-Level 3 - user walks 15 tiles leaving wire behind him, on second click wire burst into flames hurting anyone on it (on second click), deals 1 nin, takes 2000 chakra
-Level 4 - user walks 17 tiles leaving wire behind him, on second click wire burst into flames hurting anyone on it (on second click), deals 1.25x nin, takes 2500 chakra
-Level 5 - user walks 20 tiles leaving wire behind him, on second click wire burst into flames hurting anyone on it (on second click), deals 1.5x nin, takes 3000 chakra

Denpou Sekka, make it not moveable its meant to be trap
Replace Chidori Senbon With Nagashi
- Level1: constantly hitting random tiles within 3x3 tiles. 0.3x nin. chakra take 200, chakra drain 50
- Level2: constantly hitting random tiles within 3x3 tiles. 0.5x nin. chakra take 300, chakra drain 100
- Level3: constantly hitting random tiles within 5x5 tiles. 0.7x nin. chakra take 400, chakra drain 150
- Level4: constantly hitting random tiles within 5x5 tiles. 0.9x nin. chakra take 500, chakra drain 200
- Level5: constantly hitting random tiles within 7x7 tiles. 1.2x nin. chakra take 600, chakra drain 250

Other:
Kengan, Jigokuzuki, Kouha Reppuuken instead of turning tai into nin it would keep tai and give abit nin on top of it (0.1x, 0.2x..0.5x)
Leave handsigns out of Kengan, Jigokuzuki, Kouha Reppuuken, Domu and lower their chakra drain
you should have 2 points from start (you start as 1 lvl) or get 4 from first level
you can see skill tree even if you arent genin
it should let you view jutsu from skill tree even if you dont have points to level it
if fuusoku is used at ja no kuchi, it freezes user
