The rep mission npc give you a mission that different from the mission holder npc, they allow the player to get random rep for faster reputation gaining, it has a longer cd then the mission holder, and doesn't reward experience only personal rep, not village rep.
Has a extra option to reward players who gets drank-Srank like items, a pack of expereince scrolls, taxi for free, or just expereince and vp, For Srank it'll give you something special.
