Kage should be able to give Sannin rank to the 3 strongest players in their village.
Each sannin would receive a suit of armor which will have different benefits based on the Sannin profile they receive (Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Tsunade) Which will each come with their own personal benefits.
Jiraiya Armor-This armor will come with +20 crit rate .2x chakra stack (overcapped chakra), and .2x nin and tai boost

Orochimaru Armor- This armor will come with +20 Dodge Rate .4x hp and chakra boost and a .2x gen boost
Tsunade Armor-This armor will come with hp Regeneration of 250 per second .2x hp stack and a .4x boost to nin and tai
