Up coming new Special -Sand Control
Gara sand Special-Sand Control-5% chance of getting this specials will not be added to ep store special list
Sand shield- whiles in this shield u will take no dmg besides from shield breaker or aoe moves.whiles in the shield clickin a direction will make the sand shield attack in that direction -drains 100 chakra per second in shield
Sand spear-user throws a sand spear projectile straigth forward slowing anyone it hits 20 secs drain 200
Sand Amour- Whiles sand amour is on the user will take no damage but the amour will amour hp will be base don half the users chakra so if u have 20k chakra the users amour health will be 10k
Sand tsunami - a 4 tile tsunami of sand hits damage and slows anyone that walks inside of it except the user 1 minute drain 1.3k
Sand shuriken Causing bleed damage if it hits c.d 5 seconds drain 10

new special Sand Control-is not apart of ep shop can only be gotten by birth,tourney win or donation
new item Weapon scroll allows u to seal a max of 200 weps in a scroll u can call upon when u need it(bought from vp npc)

Obtaining Bijuu
-Bijuu appears randomly the person to defeat it can choose village that gains it (organizations and missing naturally not chooseable)
-Every character created in that village afterwards will have 30% chance to be born with that bijuu
-When someone is born with bijuu its taken out of that villages bijuus
-Exception to this rule is person who lose bijuu, they retain their jinchuuriki status, when they kill bijuu they can choose village like others or themselves

each way adds it back into appearing bijuu list
-person with bijuu remakes
-person with bijuu gets succesfully sealed by akatsuki

each bijuus has 3 forms
At Start bijuu cannot willingly be used, after person becomes jounin it might appear when user is about to die, when this happens user activates intial cloak
Version 1 (first transformation on shukaku) Requirments for this is Level 30 and 10 Saving Activations
Version 2 (second transformation on shukaku) Requirments for this is Level 50 and 50 Activates
Full Bijuu: Requirments for this is Level 80 and 100 Activates, 3x boost
