Hyuuga rework/upgrade: tai-nin - Shinari - 07-29-2017
PASSIVE: chakra point sealing = critical hit takes 10% of enemy chakra
1. Byakugan - boosts crit rate and increases screensize with mastery
+ byakugan search (allows user to move his screen around withouth moving himself)
+/ Lvl 2 Byakugan
- 12x12 vision
- Juukenpou: Hakke Rokujuuyonshou - click jutsu to activate, users next punch on someone will trigger the jutsu, both players gets frozen for the duration of 6 hits, happens fast (target cant use jutsus for 30 sec after getting hit, 1min and 30 sec CD after hit)
- Juukenpou: Shugohakke Rokujuuyonshou - Shield the 1 tile user stands on and shoots tiny chakra needles in a 5x5 aoe (DPS)
+/ Lvl 3 Byakugan
- 13x13 vision
- Juuho: Soushiken - keep it as it is now
-Juukenpou: Hakke Hyakunijuuhasshou - slows down everyone in a 7x7 AOE and hit them up to 7 times each with after images of the user if they are inside the aoe, every hit does direct damage to the enemies hp (Ignores HP shields, getting hit by all 7 hits will also apply a poison like DPS (internal bleeding) 1min CD)
2. Juuken - Increases punch damage and takes chakra each hit
3. Kaiten - Shields for a second (with mastered byakugan, kaiten also does damage in 3x3 aoe and knocks back)
4. Shotei - on hit enemy is Knockedback and DPS like poison(internal bleeding)
5. Kuushou - 3 tiles wide fast invis projectile with pierce (damages and drains chakra on hit)
6. Ichigekishin - 1 tile AoE dmg with knockback (potential removeable jutsu)
7. Hasangeki - cone heavy blast damaga with knockback (1-3-5)
+ Tenseigan - SECRET like Rinnegan is for Uchiha
